Cadet Colonel Quinton Fenley earned
his General Carl A. Spaatz Award #1599 on 23rd April 2006 after completing
the Cadet Program with North Tampa-Lutz Cadet Squadron. The General Carl
A. Spaatz Award was presented by Major General Antonio Pineda (National
Commander), Colonel John Tilton (Southeast Region Commander), and Colonel Dan
Levitch (Florida Wing Commander) during the Florida Wing Civil Air Patrol
Conference at the Grosvenor Resort in Orlando, Florida on the 6th May
2006. The Cadets skills in Aerospace, Leadership, Physical Fitness, and Written
Essay are evaluated by the United States Air Force.
Cadet Colonel Steven Schweichler earned his General Carl A. Spaatz Award #1506 on June 2003. Now in the US Naval Academy in Annapolis,Md.) The Spaatz Award was presented by Colonel Matt Sharkey (Southeast Regional Commander) during Special Acts.
